Very good communication. Quick response to any questions. They are one of the few companies that allow cross-border travel to Macedonia, Greece, Albania, and Montenegro. Return of the vehicle without incident. This company's positive aspect is that they don't try to sell you insurance or other extras. They delivered the car to our hotel and, upon pickup, they traveled to Tirana to pick it up, with no extra charges. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience! Would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Albania. Picking up and dropping off the car was extremely easy, even with a flight delay and then an earlier departure on our final day!
